Based on Auckland’s North Shore, Homepaints has been transforming homes with precision and care since 1985. My painting career began early, helping my father renovate his properties and learning the value of quality workmanship.

I began an apprenticeship at 15, but the company went into liquidation, I already had a strong reputation among friends and family who were asking me to paint their homes. By 18, I was a full‑time contract painter. The companies I worked with trusted me to work independently, painting entire homes on my own — experience that became the foundation of my career.

Over the years I’ve even built two of my own homes from the ground up, giving me a deep understanding of how houses are constructed and the practical skills that support high‑quality painting.

With decades of subcontracting experience and a refined painting system, my workmanship and finishing results are backed by genuine expertise and years of real, on‑site experience. My work is completed to such a high standard that I’ve had almost no call‑backs throughout my entire career.
